5020 Forni Drive (“the Property”) is a multi-tenant industrial building totaling approximately 13,403 square feet. The concrete tilt-up structure includes six (6) grade-level roll-up doors and individual storefront entries. Both the building’s foundation and parking lot consist of concrete slab-on-grade construction. Located in North Concord, the Property offers convenient access to Contra Costa and Solano Counties via Highway 4 and Interstate 680.
